I lead at the intersection of product strategy and applied AI, with 20+ years across startups and global finance. I favor spec-first development, small iterative releases, and measurable outcomes. I'm currently focused on practical LLM use in production: retrieval, agent workflows, graph memory, and safety guardrails.

Community: building an AI developer ecosystem in Vadodara, mentoring PMs/POs, and giving talks on "thinking like an AI developer." Based in the Washington, DC area.
